The Carson Barnes Circus - Host/Sponsor Agreement will be provided
to you and your organization upon request either by fax or email.
Questions, issues or concerns about any facet of the Agreement or our operation
can be directed to the 831.582.4375.
Once the Agreement is completed, signed and executed we ask the following:
1. Please fax a copy of the entire Agreement and the
Validation Fee Check in the amount of $495.00 made payable to Carson & Barnes Circus to our Marketing office @ 831.582.4212.
2. Then, please mail via regular U.S. Postal Service
the hard copies of the Agreement and Validation Fee Check to: Carson & Barnes, 100 Campus Center, Seaside, CA 93955.
Once the faxed copies are received in our Marketing Offce in Seaside,
CA your organization will start to receive important support information.
